Understanding Social Media Management

Working at Koret allowed me to have abetter understanding at Social Media stretegy and growth. Develeoping abetter undertdnsaing for how Koret and USF’s branding worked, I curated a social media plan that would more than double Koret’s engagemnt. It was a very handson opporutinity to design grpahics, cruate socail meida plans, take photogrpahs and videos for Koret’s branding.

Koret had an active community but lacked a consistent, cohesive brand identity across digital and physical touchpoints, resulting in disconnected social posts and uneven event branding that weakened recognition and impact.

Koret Instagram: Doubling Impact in One Year

Between August 2024 and August 2025, Koret’s Instagram saw major growth. Total views increased from 40,940 to 120,323, and interactions rose from 1,060 to 1,827, all with fewer posts (13 → 10). On a per-post basis, both views and interactions more than doubled, showing how the content strategy boosted engagement despite posting less frequently.
