Find Your Future
Career resources are often underutilized, especially early in a student’s college journey. CSC wanted a creative, low-pressure way to build visibility and foster consistent interaction with students throughout the semester.
Increase visibility on campus
PROBLEM
A playful sticker collection that builds community and drives participation.
By combining themed sticker sheets with collectible character stickers, the project turns career development into a fun, low-pressure experience that encourages students to show up—and keep coming back.
Creatively enhancing presence on campus
SOLUTION
Working on this sticker collection for the USF Career Services Center allowed me to take creative initiative in developing both the concept and engagement strategy, which was a fun and rewarding challenge. I learned how to design within the constraints of USF’s brand identity while still creating something playful and student-centered. Balancing institutional branding with engaging visuals helped me think critically about how to visually represent San Francisco, career development, and the university itself in a way that felt approachable and cohesive. This project strengthened my ability to align creative design with strategic goals, and it was exciting to see how thoughtful visuals can genuinely increase student interaction and campus presence.

About Project
This sticker collection was designed for the University of San Francisco’s Career Services Center (CSC) to support on-campus events and increase student engagement. The goal was to create fun, visually cohesive stickers that resonate with students and reflect the identity of the Career Services Center, USF, and the city of San Francisco.

Collectible Stickers
Designed to spark repeat engagement.
Alongside the sheet, I created six individual animal character stickers, each distributed at different workshops and events. With the slogan “Collect Them All,” the set encourages students to keep coming back to CSC programming throughout the semester. A special “Lucky Ducky” sticker is randomly included at select events as a limited-edition surprise, creating excitement and a sense of exclusivity. The approachable, expressive characters help students feel more connected to the center.
Selected Approach

A visual nod to USF, San Francisco, and career growth.
I designed two of the three stickers featured on the Career Services Center’s themed sticker sheet. Each graphic represents a different aspect of the student journey—USF pride, the spirit of San Francisco, and professional development. The sheet is handed out at campus-wide events, helping to reinforce CSC’s identity in a playful, accessible format. The cohesive style ties the designs together while leaving room for future additions or collaborations.
